He's home from hospital, got a shiny new wheelchair - all titanium
with spinergy wheels (really) which cost more than my bike.

Hoping to get back to work in the not too distant future but still
trying to get used to life on two wheels, just two wheels in the wrong
configuration :-(

Ack Russ, a huge change, BUT one which, if anyone is going to make the best of
in a positive way, it's going to be you. You have determination and that's
