Tabata Protocol, part 2
Not sure if this message got sent, but didn't see any replies. Here's a
partial repost with more information. Pardon if it's a duplication. Curious if anyone has any experience adapting the Tabata Protocol to their road biking. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/q...t_uids=9139179 One site that seems to use this protocol is Crossfit.com. (Note this is kind of a commercial site and I'm not affilitated, nor am I a member. My primary interest is due to their use of the Tabata protocol. Here's the FAQ. http://www.mitymous.net/weights/xfitfaq.htm Here's their sample newsletter. Pretty cool. http://www.crossfit.com/cf-download/CFJ-trial.pdf Anyway thought maybe someone here had used their principles and could share their experiences. jj |
