# Ractopamine in feed for animals is responsible for
# dramatic muscle growth, yet it is not a steroid or

Perhaps McDonalds should start adding this stuff to supersize big macs.

Man, it would take me forever to eat a ton of feed! *Not sure it's
worth the effort. *Besides, I'm hovering around 11% fat, if it
decreased by 34% wouldn't that mean I'd have -23% fat? *That can't be
healthy.

Welcome to the world of masters fatties. The last time you referenced
your fattitude, you said it was 8%.

I know. I am about five pounds heavier, and I'm also using a
different digital scale. Regardless, I do feel like a fat ****. ;(

What "start"?
You think they haven't already?

Fredmaster Ben
is trying to keep the weight off not for racing purposes,
but so as not to look tasty
