Cyclecraft -- book availability in the US?

I see that John Franklin's Cyclecraft is available from Amazon.Co.UK,
but it is the 1997 edition rather than the 2002 or 2004 update. Is
this latter version available in the US or at a shop which would ship
it here? Thanks ..
