Default Campy 10 + Shimano 10 = Frankenstein option

I dont plan on using any pulleys and adapters if thats possible. I use Gore Ride on cables and the additional items reduces the performance of the fully enclosed gore system.

Well, you either are prepared to do what is necessary to make a non
standard system work - or you are not. On the basis of your post above,
your only option is to make/obtain spacers to space out the cassette,
that is after you measure the actual mech travel.

Personally, I'd use a standard cable system and a shiftmate. After all
a good cable costs about $2.50
