Big fine for speeding cyclist
Of course the rich cyclist will just pay it from his daily interest on
his current account. Clocked by a speed gun at 38mph while riding in Richmond Park He was charged with speeding and driving without due care on a bicycle. When he subsequently appeared at Lavender Hill Magistrates on October 10, he was fined £200 for each offence, plus £200 court cost and a £20 victim surcharge. Will Judge Lee handle the appeal on a pro bono basis? http://road.cc/content/news/169880-h...-richmond-park |

Two: no they don't apply in Royal Parks, either. Three : no, they ****ing do not, you ignorant, stubborn runt. Four, a speed gun requires a frontal area. He was not 'clocked at 38 mph'. Five, did he plead guilty? What an idiot. And so on. -- john smith '_The Guardian_. Wrong about everything. All the time' (Anon) |

Ever wondered why? Or do you just confine your oafish behaviour and bravery to when you're behind a keyboard? |

The important thing is that the Judges actually know whether the law applies or not. |
