Has anyone else noticed that this type of thing never happened before we
elected Obama?

I can hardly wait for something real to happen. Then I'm going to put you on
the spot.

Good question.

If I was USAC I'd cancel all Jrs in the US right now, since their
laibility waivers are now junk.
With the legal uncertainty every sport needs to cancel it's under 18
activities.

Psst - that was only a Florida court and probably a nutty one as well.

Go ahead and try. The results will be amusing, if the past is any indicator.

I would mock you for your misconceptions about the past relationship
between Israel and Hamas, but your own posts are a form of self-mockery
that cannot be surpassed.

There you go again with the stupid extrapolations based on stuff that
doesn't matter. First of all, listen up all you jackasses.

The current USCF liability waiver you signed as an ADULT does NOT prevent
you from suing anyone to begin with so I'm not sure what the point of
that ruling was anyway.

Do you have any idea how many times USA Cycling and race promoters have
been sued due to crashes despite that athlete signing the waiver? Do you
have any idea how they ended up? (I do - you apparently don't).

If you knew what I knew, you would know that the liability release you
sign is not a significant impediment to overcome when suing a promoter,
USAC, or anyone associated with a race.

Why do you people act so stupid?

Consider the number of times he's been "put on the spot" for his own buffoonery
about any number of thhings (like Iraq, Bush, you name it) and how often he calls the
other person an fool (or worse) in spite of the fact that he was wrong himself. The
other person "doesn't see the big picture" like he does. (...snicker...)
