Cyclist kills himself by running into parked car
Why? What is it about large stationary things that seems to attract
cyclists like a magnet? The Police are unable to identify the dead cyclist, what a pity that bicycles are not registered. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-tees-22732148 |

Something to do with the registration numbers perhaps? |

More proof that compulsory registration of all road users would be a very good thing. Come to think of it, Insurance and annual testing would probably help, too. |
