I don't think so. This is one of the many addresses that the Marty

The truly amazing thing about this particular nutcase is his
persistance. It's been going on for years. It's kinda funny, like
it's funny watching a peacock attack its own reflection in a mirror
sort of funny, but eventually the peacock gets bored. It'd be
interesting to know what makes this one tick. Obsession is an odd
beast, I guess?

place where they know cyclists would be, and spread them on the road?
Would they live nearby and be watching with glee?

Our group was then serenaded by a peanut in a van who drove behind us
down Olivers Hill leaning on his horn when the lane beside us was free
for him to drive on by....
