Does anyone have any experience of actually going to the police with

evidence of bad behaviour by motorscum recorded by a helmet camera? How

seriously is it taken and does it stand up as evidence?

Brian.

How much compensation are you trying to get for a grazed leg and a bruised

ego?

3 grand was the starting rate, but I reckon it's gone up since.

Hullo Glug - got any opinions on drunkentraindriverscum?

Oh God, it really upsets me how every time I come on here I get insulted
by devastatingly witty people who are scared to come out from behind a
pseudonym.

Impossible to generalise. Lots of people have helmetcams, dashcams,
home cctv, blurred video taken with a phone. Sometimes it's taken
seriously and put to devastating use in the case, other times it is held
to have little value. If the other side raises provenance and
tampering challenges, it often won't stand up.

Worth a try. Makes a change from the usual following them until they
pull up at lights and either putting their windscreen through or
emptying paint stripper on their cars. I carry some brake fluid and a
window hammer for that purpose.

Call me a loony to my face and I'll throw my collection of motorists'
shrunken heads at you! Cheeky sod. ;-)

Macho man! We are all very impressed.

Not really. I just believe in fighting fire with fire. **** me off with
your metal killing machine and I will hurt it.

I wonder if your bravery extends beyond your keyboard. I suspect rather not.

If you want to meet up to put that to the test then I am more than
willing to make arrangements.
