Let's see if Cheerless tries to "do a Nuxx" and delete his offensive outpourings from the Google archive. I would not know how to, nor have any need. Guy Chapman is one of the people who voted for the moderated group. Why doesn't he go and use it if he doesn't like reading opposing opinions? Apparently this group is "unusable" but he still posts here. Threatening legal action against someone because you don't like what they say is pathetic. |

I look forward to hearing how someone called Mrcheerful is being harassed. As far as I can tell you are trying to be anonymous. Perhaps you should look up the meaning of “Norwich Pharmacal orders”. Let's see if Cheerless tries to "do a Nuxx" and delete his offensive outpourings from the Google archive. It won't help of course, any more than it will help Nuxx. It's almost worth staying up this late to finish printing off the submissions for my next court hearing. Who, you ask? Now that would be telling! ;-) My word - you are busy - I bet your colleagues at Dell are very impressed - or they will be after the myriad of court cases you say that you are preparing hit the news. I currently hold over 3,500 messages posted by Nuxx using 160 different addresses, over 16,500 by JMS using nearly 240 identities, just shy of 3,500 from Cheerless, and well over 6,500 from Medjobs. It's just a question of scoring them and filing the paperwork. And I'm not the only one doing this. Or maybe they might realise the game's up and go and do something productive instead, that would save everyone a lot of time and effort. But I suspect that is the triumph of hope over experience. Guy **** off - am I bothered? What do you think? Will Mr Cheerless be bothered - what do you think? Did he call you a **** - or was that me? Why do they call you Porky - is it because you **** pigs? No - it is because you tell lies. I can see it in the Reading Flyer now: Local Dell IT expert Mr Porky fails in his court attempt to accuse someone of harassing him on usenet. He accused Judith Smith of harassing him by repeatedly taking the **** out of him and calling him a ****wit. As a direct result of this Mr Porky said that there were now in excess of 347 people taking the **** out of him on usenet - and 193 different people had called him a ****wit, (and they were just the ones not in his kill-file). There may be more. When pressed Mr Porky admitted that usenet was the only contact JMSmith had ever had with him He had never met her in real life, he had had no other communications either email or telephone with her. He admitted that he had exchanged emails with other people who were trying to gather personal information about her (where she lived, where she worked etc) - but that was him about her - not her about him. She had not set up a web page in order to harass him She had never mentioned him on twitter or Facebook. Mr Porky also admitted that JMSmith was in his kill-file - and he repeatedly told people this - and that he did not actually read what anyone else said about him. He acknowledged that he had not put JMSmith on his web page of famous people he had met - but that he had devoted another of couple of pages solely to her on his web-site. He had to admit that this was in order to harass her - as they could serve no other purpose. He said that she had caught him out lying about his children and cycle helmets -and this was what really had got up his snout. Mr Porky had at one time made webpages of various people - including JMSmith - as he said at the time "to get my own back". Mr Porky was unable to explain exactly what he meant by that. Under cross-examination Mr Porky admitted that whilst he was working for his previous company (********* - but named in court) where he was considered a thought leader by the toilet cleaner - he registered a false email account, and then posted a message purely in order to be abusive to another third party. Mr Porky, when pressed, had to admit that it was indeed he who had posted the false email - and that JMSmith - who not an IT expert had made a fool of him. It is believed that ******, since this came to light in this case, are now investigating the whole use of their IT systems by Mr Porky in case there were other such activities he carried out. Mr Porker was cross-examined, and admitted that he suffered from brain damage as a result of banging his head after falling off his pushbike. He confirmed that he had himself waged all sorts of wars against other internet users - and he had often said - "I will always give as good as I get - and you can too if you wish" The court was adjourned for psychiatric tests on Mr Porker. He is expected to be closely cross-examined by JMSmith on his return when she will produce "reams of evidence" of Mr Porky's own actions on usenet, the internet in general, and on various third party web-sites. It is believed that Mr Porky will be asked about such phrases as "You can **** right off", "You are a ****" "The likes of you do not bother me". "I am considered a thought leader", "And I am a very evil and heartless person in that once my natural tendency to assume the best of people has been beaten down, I very rarely change my mind about them." "I consider you an evil underhand spiteful ****-stirring weasel". (These are the most inoffensive ones that we can print in a family newspaper). As a result of JMSmith earlier publicising the case on the internet, there are 51 people waiting to give character references/assassinations of Mr Porky who will all be called as witnesses. For some unknown reason, they have all offered to pay their own costs in travelling to court. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Oh - by the way Porky - have I and others ever said : " Get a ****ing life" PS You say that you have evidence of "JMS using nearly 240 identities" - I think I registered - but I cannot remember if I have used it. I wonder if he dare tell his wife and work colleagues about these "legal actions" he is threatening to take? Now you know how all of those grieving families you have mocked for the last two years feel. Wait until the Hull court case is completed soon, then you can cry over your HGV driver hero getting banged away as well for killing that granny. Won't be long now. -- Simon Mason |
