No it won't. The law is clear: the offence of rape involves penetration
_by the penis_ of the vagina or anus of a victim, and either lack of
consent or lack of belief in consent.

The case you cite is an error in reporting, or else she was convicted of
assisting the offence. A woman being convicted of 'rape' in England
post-Sexual-Offences-Act-2003 is no more valid than being convicted of
'association with martians'.

Rape can also be penetration of the mouth of another person with a penis.

a case from 2001. You know, _prior_ to the passing of the Sexual Offences
Act 2003. Never underestimate the ability of the troll to put his foot in
it.

But the person to whom you responded is David Lang, an unemployed handyman
who's earned the reputation over on uk.rec.cycling of being thick,
belligerent and threatening. He's a troll who had to change his posting
name after someone complained to his ISP.
