Aspenmike, sorry about hijacking your thread

David, the b*kes would always drop out from under the rider, and the
rider would travel farther than the b*kes landing spot, (unless they
were doing backflips). We kept the landing zone free of spectators so
that nobody would get hit.

Hey john and nathan do you have the picks of mt diablo riding because i
live right there and would love to see the trails you guys rode, also
did you hit up the downhill course devils elbow? because that one is
supposed to be the hardest downhill course on the mountain.

We only have a few pictures from that day. John just put them up 'here.'

We didn't do the ride at Devils Elbow. Since we mostly didn't have
brakes and only 29/Coker, we didn't do the singletrack we normally ride
down starting just from the large parking lot by the summit. Instead, we
rode down the road to the top campground and took the (non-bike legal)
singletrack down from there. And down via another fireroad to Rock City,
then took Dan Cook trail down (and the new singletrack at the bottom).
