10 Speed Dura Ace hubs

I know this has been answered before, but can 9 speed cassettes, say an
Ultegra 12-25, XT 11-34 or SRAM 12-26 , fit on 10-speed Dura-Ace hubs?

I think I found out that the answer is no, that you can not put 9 speeds
cassettes onto 10 speed hubs but 10 speed casettes can go on to most 9 speed
hubs.

No. The freehub is aluminium and the 9 speed sprockets will chew it up.
The splines have been made higher to prevent this possibility.

No sir, They are for shimano 10s cogsets only. You can put a 10s cogset onto
shimano 8/9s freehubs tho.
