Default Local vigilates disarm dangerous driver

Didn't a Yorkshire cyclist do the same recently?

QUOTE:
"A group of mothers stopped a suspected drink driver from getting into his vehicle near a school by wrestling the keys out of his hand. The incident happened just yards from Havelock Academy in Cleethorpes, North East Lincolnshire, as schoolchildren began leaving for the day.

CCTV footage shows a group of concerned women taking action when they suspected a man, who had parked on a corner on double yellow lines, was drunk. The worried passers-by first attempted to speak to the man before they began struggling with him as they attempted to get the car keys off him.

Humberside Police officers, who hailed the actions of the group, responded to the incident and seized the car which was taken to a compound."
