Yet another old lady mown down by a pavement cyclist

"Pat Harris was left bruised and dazed and needing hospital treatment after
a cyclist rode into her while she was on the path.

The 62-year-old was left with a badly fractured wrist and had to have an
operation to have a metal plate inserted in her right arm.

Mrs Locke said she reported the incident to the police but was told that
without CCTV footage or details of the cyclist, except that he was in his
20s, there was little hope of tracing him.

The cyclist was oblivious to anyone else's safety. "
