Default But was she wearing a helmet?

I am so used to reading stories of innocent victims killed, and
information given about their use or otherwise of a helmet, I was
rather surprised that in this report no mention is made of headwear:

Pikeys don't wear helmets.

They were sleeping in caravans in the driveway because their house was
being renovated.
