Default Bib Shorts Down - Up Your Nose

Anyone watch the Bib Shorts Down documentary on Cycling.Tv - it's a
documentary about the Barloworld team at the Tour of Lankawi?
Definitely worth checking out if you like the Hard Road, Road to Paris
type of thing.

Anyway, there are a couple of pre-race prep scenes where riders have
cotton stuffed in their noses. Must be something to open up the nasal
passages, but does anyone know what it is? I haven't seen that before
and would be interested to know what it is because clearing those
passages is always a problem for me. Thanks.
