Someone not carrying out a street robbery ("handbag theft", remember?)
would be in with a chance of not being that.

I did npot say I steal handbags. I just said I stop at red lights.
Perhaps someone else nearby stole the handbag and I was the one caught
because I stopped at a red light?

Yes but according to Cheerless one person on a bicycle does something
despicable therefore all bicyclists are turds.
Actually, coming from him, I take that as a compliment.
