Default Good Soft Tail for a Big Mo-Fo!!

I was thinking of buying a new soft-tail frame for next season. I
currently ride a 2001 Specialized Rockhooper, with front Judy XC's.
However, I am 6'7" and weight just about 300lbs. What would be a good
frame for me, and could I use my Rockhopper components on a new full
suspension frame???
