Police release efit of pedalling perve.
Warning: horrible sight.
The suspect was described as white, slim, aged in his 50s with dark greying hair. He was wearing a black cycle helmet, with white and red stripes, black wraparound sunglasses, a green jacket, and narrow, black trousers.
