Retro futurist Space Unicycle

Browsing through a nice site about retro futurist art
(http://tinyurl.com/2f6ldc) I was surprised to notice a beautiful
picture of a space unicycle:

Looks a bit cumbersome but I bet you could do amazing hops in lunar
gravity... Q: Do I get an aluminium frame to save weight? A: No, go
live on the moon!!!
