taken out by a teammate?
I'm hoping that it wasn't a really serious injury. He certainly looked to be
in a lot of pain with possibly a broken hip.
A couple of broken ribs and bruises.http://www.chicagotribune.com/sports...rash-giro-link,...

The Tribune has this before Cycling News, Velonews, Daily Peloton,
Eurosport, etc....? *Sheesh.

Both DZ and CVV are capable of crashing without outside assistance.

Bob Schwartz

Thank heavens it wasn't more serious. I hope that he pulls it all together
for the Tour.

Indeed! You'd think that someone in cycling was interested in his condition.

Most of those sites don't do up to the minute news unless it's
something really big (i.e. drugs:-( ).

To toot my own horn a bit, you can follow the guys in the biz
themselves he www.bikechatter.com

If you don't want my site in the way, you can copy and paste all their
twitter id's into twitter and follow them yourself, too. Twitter
always seemed kind of silly to me ("the CB radio of Web 2.0"), but as
long as those guys are using it, it's fun to follow what they're doing.

To be fair to CN, it was written in their live updates - just not on
their "news" section.

But doing a search on the internet turned up nothing for a LONG time.

He rode on for a while. Could _that_ be a broken hip?

A minute ago you were speculating it was a broken hip.

Dumbass -

It's funny how certain know-it-all blowhards (Kunich) will regularly
do retarded stuff like amateur medical diagnosis by looking at a photo
on the internet.
