Any opinions or experience relating to the quality of the Specialized
Allez Elite Cr-Mo? I'm considering this along with the Lemond Buenos
Aires, see "Are lemond frames that different" thread. I know there is
a difference between the two as far as componentry and geometry but
I'd like to support my local Specialized dealer if at all possible as
long as the bike is a good choice. The 58cm bike seems to fit me well
and rides very nice. I haven't seen much on the Columbus FOCO tubing
that the frame is made of though. I plan on making the final decision
before the end of this week so I can have the bike in time to get used
to it/make small adjustments before a metric century I'm planning on
doing Oct 5.

Ebay has numerous Allez models listed. Perhaps a seller(s) can give
you feedback on the bike. I was surprised to see so many listed.
