Drunk driver wriggles free of ban
"Neijus Gaska, 35, of Wingfield Road, east Hull, was fined £200 but avoided a driving ban for drink-driving and breaching a suspended sentence. He had ten points put on his licence and must pay £85 costs and a £30 surcharge. There was no totting disqualification and "exceptional hardship" was found, that he would lose his livelihood as a takeaway driver."

Most convicted drink drivers get a years ban and most of those too will either lose their livelyhoods/businesses and suffer extreme hardship as well. Why is he so special !? |
