Don't forget: every qualified driver has a full licence because they were awarded a "certificate of competence to drive" when they passed a test. I was issued mine over forty years ago. And I still make mistakes. We all do. |

I see the crash was at the bottom of a hill, so once again, too fast for the conditions or no brakes. |
