The police really are their own worst enemies at times.

Does the Lancashire Constabulary not teach basic law to its officers,
including the fact that cyclists are exempt from statute law and any
duty to behave properly?

Legalise Cannabis and open clinics for hard drugs and this problem goes away.

Road cockroaches and road lice cyclists will sadly never go away. Society is
doomed by these poverty dole scumbags.
I'm going out on Tuesday and will need to top up my screen wash bottle when
I get home.
It really is great fun seeing cyclists getting their stupid empty mouths
full of screen wash.

Where is M'lud Lee these days? I know we will be unlikely to completely
run out of foolish cyclists here, but there are some you actually miss.

We are told cyclists simultaneously always ride on pavement, jump red lights, weave all over the road and obstruct traffic.
Clearly Pounder has discovered a faster than light drive. I will call it the 'Mr Pounder sad lonely loser who lives in a rat infested council bedsit with his Little Dog and can't afford a bicycle' Drive. Can anyone think of a more catchy name?

Can you provide evidence to support this claim?

No, we aren't.

That's just you being stupid again.

That's rich coming from Desperate Jester.
