Dear Sir/Madam
Please take a minute to share what would make participation on the
board most effective for you. As there are no right or wrong answers
to the questionnaire items, the answers you give will be used strictly
for consumer behavior research and will not be used to violate your
privacy. We appreciate your willingness to bring this organization to
fruition and want to make sure that you are given the best opportunity
possible to join us to make things happen.

What do the things above mean?


I saw a news item that some textile companies in Asia are infusing
vitamins into their fabrics. I suppose when you sweat into them you
get a Miracle-Gro type of effect, supposedly. Selling like hotcakes.

"Mediation" is probably a typo for "Medication." Somebody can infuse
Viagra into bike shorts to counteract the supposed impotency effects
of cycling.

Looks like they forgot "Tiny/Non-existant Manufacturer Logo"
