Default Stop NY's Anti-Bicycling Bill (For Selective Enforcement)

This law would be selectively enforced. It would be a tool
used against critical mass riders, or anyone else who happened
to get on the bad side of a cop.

=v= A similar policy was used against bike messengers during a
spate of tabloid-fueled hysteria in Boston a few years back.
Plus anyone the police thought were bike messengers.

=v= This being the NYPD, you can expect it to be selectively
enforced against people of color as well.
